In seeking to achieve its investment objective, the Fund promotes the Sustainability Characteristic by investing in equity and equity-related securities of companies located around the world that the Sub-Investment Manager believes are involved in activities that will reduce global carbon emissions and aid in the shift to a cleaner, more reliable and affordable energy future, including companies providing power and energy solutions that address the challenge of meeting rising global energy demand.
